Purpose

Oversee the efficient management of loading and off-loading activities in 3rd party loading bays. Ensure operational readiness, adherence to company policies, and compliance with risk mitigation measures for all vehicles visiting the branch.


Minimum Requirements

  • Education:

    • Matric certificate or equivalent.
  • Certifications:

    • PSIRA certification.
  • Experience:

    • At least 3 years of CIT environment experience (advantageous).
  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Computer literacy (proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Other Requirements:

    • Clear criminal record.
    • Willingness to work overtime when required.
    • Own vehicle (fully roadworthy) and a valid driver’s license.

Key Responsibilities

  • Crew Management:

    • Plan, organize, lead, and control crew activities in the Cash Centre loading bay.
    • Manage time and process flows efficiently.
  • Policy Compliance:

    • Enforce company policies regarding bulk banking and clearances.
    • Report inconsistencies to management.
  • Access Control:

    • Prevent unauthorized access to loading bay areas.
  • Cash Loading/Off-loading:

    • Oversee the loading and off-loading of cash bags.
    • Ensure risk is evenly distributed across vehicle capacity.
  • Operational Readiness:

    • Inspect vehicles for operational readiness, including security devices.
    • Confirm all vaults are empty after off-loading.
  • Schedule Coordination:

    • Align with daily schedules and estimated times of arrival (ETAs).
    • Communicate any schedule changes to bank officials and Fidelity management.
  • Escort and Security Measures:

    • Confirm proper escorting and support measures are in place before vehicle departure.
