Role Overview
Europcar Head Office in Bruma seeks a Receptionist to cover a 4-month maternity leave. This position involves managing the switchboard, welcoming visitors, and providing administrative support. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and interested in the car rental industry.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: NQF Level 4 (Grade 12 or equivalent)
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in reception and administration
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); strong English language skills (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls professionally, take accurate messages, and relay them promptly
  • Greet and assist visitors, maintaining a clean reception area
  • Manage boardroom reservations, ensuring setups are timely
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including processing Sage requisitions and data entry
  • Support switchboard relief as needed
