Role Overview
Europcar Head Office in Bruma seeks a Receptionist to cover a 4-month maternity leave. This position involves managing the switchboard, welcoming visitors, and providing administrative support. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and interested in the car rental industry.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Education: NQF Level 4 (Grade 12 or equivalent)
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in reception and administration
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); strong English language skills (verbal and written)
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls professionally, take accurate messages, and relay them promptly
- Greet and assist visitors, maintaining a clean reception area
- Manage boardroom reservations, ensuring setups are timely
- Assist with administrative tasks, including processing Sage requisitions and data entry
- Support switchboard relief as needed
