Job Purpose
The Administrative Assistant will support daily administrative functions within the Onboarding Department, focusing on compliance, coordination, and record management.
Key Performance Areas
Compliance Administration
- Keep department documentation updated.
- Ensure compliance with policies and standards and align with internal control measures.
Office Coordination
- Follow up on pending matters, handle requests within set timelines, and manage department stationery.
- Verify information for accurate documentation and maintain systems.
- Identify duplicates, allocate reference numbers, and assign tasks.
- Draft and dispatch letters to stakeholders.
Meeting Support
- Schedule and arrange meetings, take and distribute minutes, and track pending issues.
- Maintain a follow-up system for meeting outcomes.
- Organize appointments with stakeholders.
Document and Records Management
- Manage records and filing according to RAF guidelines.
- Keep the filing system functional and up-to-date, ensure document confidentiality, and retrieve information as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Matric/Grade 12 certificate.
- Experience: At least 1 year in an administrative role or similar environment.

Technical:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, administrative, and writing skills.
