The role involves maintaining high-quality service delivery aligned with site-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs), managing client relations, and supporting site management. The successful candidate will ensure that the site operates within budgetary constraints and adheres to industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full management of the catering unit.
- Work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Set and manage service delivery standards.
- Lead, motivate, train, and develop staff members.
- Implement and maintain operational controls within budget.
- Ensure food preparation, presentation, and service meet Fedics standards.
- Enforce Fedics policies and procedures.
- Handle daily HR and IR issues, including training and performance management.
- Anticipate and address client needs and complaints.
- Organise, prepare, and coordinate all functions and events.
- Manage administration, finances, budgets, debtors, and paperwork.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and customers.
- Stay updated on food trends and industry best practices.
- Be flexible with working long hours and weekends if needed.

Qualifications & Experience
- Matric and a Culinary tertiary qualification
