Specific Role Responsibilities
Professional and ethical at all times
Manage the debtors' team
Reduce the financial risk to the business and improve the debtors to achieve the desired results of max 30 – 60 days
Working closely with key accounts managers and operations
Prepare, review and present monthly results to cell captive
Identify trends, risks and opportunities
Able to lead projects from inception to completion
Perform review on KPI of individual team members
Ensure payment files are loaded timeously
Ensure strategic alignment to business operational objectives
Qualifications and Experience
Grade 12
Com degree or equivalent financial qualification
Computer Literate
Strong knowledge of credit control, processes, and systems
5 years min experience in Debtors and Credit Control as well as Management experience in financial services or fleet management
Skills and Personal Attributes
Ability to problem solve and direct team to resolution
Ability to negotiate and resolve conflict
Ability to work across various functional departments
Ability to work with little or no supervision
Customer care orientated with good client relationship management skills
Work in a fast-paced multi-task environment with the ability to prioritise
Attention to detail
Clear Criminal record
Own and live up to the Company values.
Attend training initiatives to improve work quality and enhance own skills
