Purpose of the Role:

To support SHERQ (Safety, Health, Environment, Risk, and Quality) and sustainability performance across multiple operational sites. This involves managing non-conformances, supporting incident investigations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading recall processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Log and monitor non-conformances across all operational sites

  • Conduct and support root cause analyses (RCA) and ensure corrective actions align with KPIs and risk profiles

  • Assist in incident investigations and track implementation of corrective actions

  • Participate in SHERQ and sustainability projects, offering both technical and strategic input

  • Support risk assessments and ensure compliance actions are followed at site level

  • Lead and document product recalls while communicating with stakeholders

  • Conduct regulatory scanning to stay ahead of compliance requirements

  • Use tools like SAP and Power BI for analysis and reporting


Key Internal & External Relationships:

Internal:

  • Operations Teams

  • Risk & Sustainability Teams

External:

  • Auditors

  • Customers (regarding incidents and compliance queries)


Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in Safety, Health, Environment or Quality Management

  • 3–5 years’ experience in SHERQ or a similar assurance/compliance role

  • Working knowledge of ISO standards, Food Safety Systems, and legal compliance frameworks

  • Experience using SAP and Power BI for SHERQ reporting and analysis

  • Experience supporting site-level SHERQ implementation

  • Valid Code EB driver’s license
