Purpose of the Role
To act as a brand ambassador by delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of the store. The role requires passion for sports, fitness, and helping customers find the right performance gear.
Key Responsibilities

Represent the Totalsports brand and ensure an outstanding in-store experience

Identify customer needs and provide the best solutions

Meet and exceed sales targets

Stay up to date with the latest sports, fashion, and lifestyle trends

Replenish stock and maintain merchandise standards

Contribute to store readiness and housekeeping

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric
