Job Purpose
To operate various light and heavy vehicles (including cranes) to transport personnel, materials, and equipment to and from work sites and assist with all electrical maintenance and construction duties.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and inspect vehicles before and after assigned tasks
-
Check safety devices, operating controls, and lubricant levels
-
Report any mechanical defects to the Administration Officer
-
Load and offload materials/equipment safely
-
Transport staff, tools, and equipment to various locations
-
Complete and submit necessary internal documentation
-
Support both maintenance and construction sections with transport and vehicle operations
Essential Requirements
-
Grade 10 or equivalent
-
Valid Code EC Driver’s Licence
-
Valid Professional Driving Permit (PrDP)
-
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Preferred Requirements

Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent

3 years relevant experience
