Job Description
The ideal candidate will support the homechoice Showroom by managing customer service, documentation, administration, stockroom activities, and contributing to overall sales performance. The focus is on enhancing the customer experience and boosting revenue through daily showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities

Provide a welcoming, engaging, and solution-driven experience for customers

Share in-depth product and process knowledge to guide customer decisions

Manage in-store visual merchandising and maintain high housekeeping standards

Handle product returns and maintain accurate store administration

Oversee catalogue stock management and maintain daily inventory accuracy

Perform routine stockroom duties to support smooth operations

Maintain updated documentation and track operational reporting

Support account opening, order processing, and overall customer journey

Drive new business activations and customer base growth
Minimum Requirements
-
Grade 12 / Matric / NQF Level 3 or 4
-
At least 1 year of retail experience

At least 1 year of administration experience

Must not be debarred or declared unfit under the FAIS Act
