About the Role
Clicks Group is seeking a Lease Administrator to manage office administration, stakeholder communication, and various property-related tasks within the Property department.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leasing and Development
-
Maintain and update new development files
-
Keep tracking sheets current on SharePoint
-
Assist with preparing project and lease documentation (e.g. Offers to Lease, Heads of Agreement)
2. Property Meetings and Approvals
-
Help prepare files for internal approvals
3. SAP and BI Launchpad
-
Extract and confirm data from SAP and BI Launchpad reports
4. General Administration
-
Support maintenance queries
-
Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions

Perform general administrative duties
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
-
Prior experience in Property Administration
-
Diploma in Property Administration (advantageous)
