Purpose of the Role
To provide excellent customer service by managing point-of-sale (POS) transactions, assisting with merchandising, and promoting the Clicks brand and ClubCard program.
Key Job Objectives

Process sales at the point of sale quickly and accurately

Handle cash and card transactions safely and securely

Promote and enroll customers into the Clicks ClubCard program

Inform customers of in-store promotions and encourage sales

Maintain high standards of customer service and act as a brand ambassador

Perform merchandising and housekeeping duties

Keep up to date with product ranges, promotions, and events
Minimum Requirements
Education:
-
Essential: Grade 12 (Matric)
-
Desirable: 50% in Maths and 50% in English at Grade 12 level
Experience:

Desirable: Experience in a customer-facing role within a retail or FMCG environment
