Job Purpose
To ensure the safe, accurate, and timely delivery and collection of parcels/packages, while maintaining delivery records and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver stock to customers, stores, service centres, and other drop-off points with correct documentation

Return undelivered stock or incorrect items to the service centre
-
Take responsibility for all stock, vehicle, and equipment
-
Follow safety policies and procedures
-
Handle all customer interactions professionally and courteously

Demonstrate effective teamwork and self-management
Minimum Requirements
-
Grade 12 / Matric
-
Valid Driver’s Licence + PDP
-
3+ years' experience in a courier or delivery environment
Key Knowledge Areas

Strong geographical knowledge of delivery areas

Understanding of distribution safety and transportation

Record-keeping and document accuracy

Familiarity with Pepkor Lifestyle processes and systems (advantageous)
