Job Purpose
To execute, control, and coordinate the administrative function for the Human Capital Services Branch.
Key Responsibility Areas

Provide administrative support for employment relations

Assist Human Capital Practitioners with various admin processes

Maintain and update grading and remuneration information
-
Support the recruitment and selection process
-
Create and manage a records management system
-
Handle training and development administration
-
Provide welfare, counselling, and wellness administration support
Essential Requirements
-
Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Human Resources Management or related qualification
-
Valid driver’s license
-
2 years administrative experience
-
Computer literacy
Preferred Requirements

Degree (NQF Level 7) in Human Resources Management or equivalent

3 years administrative experience
