Core Purpose

Provide administrative support to assist teams in meeting targets and delivering excellent customer service. This includes managing orders, deliveries, and invoicing processes across internal departments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily checks of stock reports to track equipment delivery and readiness for invoicing (DDTC).

  • Monitor partial deliveries and confirm customer acceptance for partial payment.

  • Submit billing requests to the Billing COE and process them via SAP.

  • Handle delivery and invoicing requests.

  • Assist with returned equipment and credit processing.

  • Investigate uninvoiced orders and resolve issues.

  • Ensure accuracy in order documentation before submission.


Required Skills & Capabilities

  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Understanding of back-to-back sales processes

  • Knowledge of billing methodologies

Qualifications

  • Minimum: NQF Level 4 (Grade 12) and a National Diploma
