Job Purpose
To provide structured work-based learning across various departments through a rotational program. This will combine theoretical training with practical workplace experience, leading to a recognized qualification and the development of skills and knowledge.
Key Accountabilities

No prior professional work experience required (ideal for beginners)

Attend all required training sessions

Shadow experienced professionals to learn on the job

Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including:

General administration

Answering and managing the phone system

Boardroom coordination and upkeep

Filing and sorting documents

Coordination of travel bookings

Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety standards

Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12)

Currently unemployed and not enrolled in any SETA-funded learnership or training program
