Job Purpose

To provide structured work-based learning across various departments through a rotational program. This will combine theoretical training with practical workplace experience, leading to a recognized qualification and the development of skills and knowledge.


Key Accountabilities

  • No prior professional work experience required (ideal for beginners)

  • Attend all required training sessions

  • Shadow experienced professionals to learn on the job

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including:

    • General administration

    • Answering and managing the phone system

    • Boardroom coordination and upkeep

    • Filing and sorting documents

    • Coordination of travel bookings

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety standards


Job Context

This is a work-based learning program that combines classroom training with practical work experience, leading to a formal qualification.


Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12)

  • Currently unemployed and not enrolled in any SETA-funded learnership or training program

  • Computer literacy/proficiency

  • Commitment to the full duration of the learnership program
