RCL Foods is Hiring a HITW Receiving Clerk
RCL Foods is inviting suitably qualified candidates to apply for the HITW Receiving Clerk (Fixed-Term Contract) position based in Pretoria West, Gauteng.
The successful candidate will report to the Shift Warehouse Controller and will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely receiving, receipting, and recording of stock into the warehouse and SAP system while maintaining company standards and compliance.

Minimum Requirements
Experience
Applicants must have:
At least 1 year of relevant experience in a warehouse or stores environment.
Relevant SAP system experience.
Knowledge
Candidates should have knowledge of:
Warehouse receiving principles and procedures.
Warehouse business processes and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving and Warehouse Operations
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Receiving stock and materials accurately and on time.
Ensuring all deliveries comply with company procedures and quality standards.
Inspecting deliveries for damage and verifying that the cold chain has been maintained where applicable.
Confirming that all ordered items have been received.
Raising delivery notes against the relevant accounts.
Processing returns to suppliers when required.
Ensuring stock items have the correct serial numbers.
Completing Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and submitting them to the Warehouse Controller.
Capturing all received stock into the warehouse system.
Completing all receiving documentation, categorisation, and labelling according to company standards.
Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment.
Information and Data Management
Capture stock transactions accurately in SAP.
Maintain reliable stock records to support reporting, trend analysis, and business decision-making.
Safety and Compliance
Safeguard warehouse stock against loss or damage.
Comply with all company policies relating to health, safety, quality, environmental standards, risk management, and HACCP/ISO requirements.
Maintain good housekeeping practices in line with standard operating procedures.
Teamwork and Self-Management
Take ownership of daily tasks and responsibilities.
Plan and prioritise work effectively.
Meet productivity and quality standards consistently.
Report delays, risks, or operational issues promptly and assist in finding suitable solutions.
