Job Summary:
Clover is seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven, and experienced Treasurer to join its Finance Department. This is a great opportunity for a finance professional with strong cash management, forecasting, and compliance skills to contribute to a leading FMCG company in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Cash Flow & Forecasting

Download and update daily bank balances
-
Maintain daily and monthly cash flow forecasts and reports
-
Forecast daily cash requirements and execute related financing decisions
-
Prepare monthly finance reports (e.g., interest paid, group position reports)
Banking & Payments
-
Plan and execute payments and funding
-
Open and close bank accounts; update signatories
-
Manage and maintain relationships with financial service providers and senior funders
-
Review banking facilities, agreements, and pricing
Compliance & Governance
-
Ensure compliance with FICA, internal controls, and Treasury regulations
-
Implement and maintain treasury policies and procedures
-
Handle KYC requirements for funders
-
Support internal and external audit processes
Foreign Exchange & Imports/Exports
-
Manage daily FX spot rates and SABS documentation for exports
-
Support funding of imports and cross-border payments
-
Understand forex market principles and products
Administration & Ad-Hoc
-
Manage company debit cards and speed point devices
-
Handle CSA and Clover Capital refund processes
-
Conduct macroeconomic and FX forecasting
-
Perform general treasury admin and ad-hoc tasks
Minimum Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
-
Strong experience in treasury or financial operations
-
Fluent in Business English

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced level)

Experience working with senior management
