About the Role:
Tsebo Facilities Solutions is seeking a Junior Receptionist to manage front office operations, ensure a high level of service quality, and oversee general office upkeep. This role supports client-facing functions and ensures the seamless coordination of meeting spaces, stock, and other facility-related services.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:

Ensure the highest level of customer service to all clients and visitors

Resolve complaints promptly and escalate where necessary
-
Report daily to the Receptionist Supervisor
-
Identify and propose improvements to service delivery
Operational Management:
-
Maintain availability and cleanliness of meeting rooms, demo rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, etc.

Monitor and report on stock levels (stationery, consumables, hygiene)
-
Attend and contribute to operational meetings
-
Accurately log client requests and escalate issues when needed
-
Support daily and event operations in line with client expectations
Reporting:
-
Produce daily/weekly/monthly reports
-
Record and report on compliments, complaints, attendance, and operational metrics

Maintain accurate switchboard statistics and stock consumption logs

Strong verbal, written, and telephonic communication skills

Knowledge of MS Office Suite

Experience in front-of-house, concierge, or receptionist roles

Minimum Requirements:
-
Grade 12 (Matric)
-
Tertiary qualification in Hospitality (preferred)
-
2–3 years’ experience in a front-of-house or customer service role (preferably in hospitality)

Experience managing reception and soft services
