Purpose of the Role
To ensure effective sales and service performance in the allocated region by meeting performance targets aligned with the strategic objectives of the branch.
Key Responsibilities
-
Customer satisfaction and complaint resolution
-
Planning workshop capacity utilization
-
Preparing retail, internal invoicing, and handling claims
-
Opening, processing, and closing job cards
-
Accurate data entry into systems
-
Acting as liaison between customers and Volvo
-
Supporting technicians with diagnostic tools (VSTs & RSTs)
-
Workshop admin duties and parts store maintenance
-
Assisting with health & safety compliance
-
Conducting vehicle checks in line with company policy

Reports to the Branch Manager
Requirements
Education & Experience
-
Matric / N4 (Required)
-
Administration Diploma (Advantageous)
-
Minimum 2 years’ admin experience in a workshop environment
