Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries about Dis-Chem products/services.

Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently.

Accurate data capturing and reporting via TRMS.

Ensure clear internal and external communication.

Escalate feedback (compliments/complaints) to the supervisor daily.

Liaise with store managers and departments for online store-related issues.

Act as a central point of contact for customer queries.
Minimum Requirements:

Essential:
-
Matric / Grade 12
-
At least 1 year in administration or public relations
-

Advantageous:
-
Qualification in Administration, Customer Service, or Public Relations

Skills & Competencies:
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Fluent in English + 1 additional language (read, write, speak)

Strong customer service and communication skills
-
Knowledge of POPI Act and Consumer Protection Act

Problem-solving, patience, and ability to work under pressure

High level of honesty, trustworthiness, and accuracy
