Job Summary:
An opportunity has become available at Supreme Poultry for a temporary administrative team member. This position suits an organised, detail-oriented individual with strong data capturing and administrative skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.
The successful candidate will be expected to balance accuracy and efficiency in data handling while providing reliable administrative support to the broader team.

Grade 12 / National Certificate
Minimum Requirements:

High accuracy and attention to detail in working with data and documentation

Ability to work well independently and within a team

Comfortable with a range of administrative, clerical, and data entry tasks

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Experience working with databases or business systems (Avihance experience is an advantage)

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry & System Updates
-
Capture daily Breeder and Hatchery Production data into Avihance
-
Ensure timely and accurate recording of information in line with reporting deadlines
2. Data Verification & Accuracy
-
Validate all data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness

Identify and correct errors or duplications in the system
-
Maintain data integrity to support reliable reporting
3. Communication & Collaboration
-
Communicate with team members, managers, and other departments to clarify information
-
Provide updates on progress and outstanding items
-
Collaborate effectively to ensure smooth workflow and task completion
4. Documentation & Reporting
-
Compile and submit weekly reports for the Division Manager

Maintain accurate records of data entry activities

Assist with documentation for audits and process improvements

Support ad-hoc reporting as needed
5. General Administrative Support

Handle filing, scanning, and document organisation

Perform general office duties to ensure departmental efficiency
