Job Description

Are you a natural conversationalist who enjoys connecting with people? This role focuses on introducing homechoice’s products to new and existing customers, achieving sales goals, and delivering outstanding customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales objectives and revenue targets.

  • Consistently reach performance targets related to productivity, adherence, turnaround time, and quality.

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call.

  • Accurately capture customer information.

  • Ensure full compliance with FAIS, FICA, TCF, POPI, CPA, and NCR legislation.

  • Professionally present, promote, and sell products/services.

  • Act as a brand ambassador—polite, professional, and efficient.

  • Remain adaptable and positive in a high-pressure environment.

  • Handle objections professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Present products to qualified potential customers.


Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12) – Required

  • 2–3 years of outbound sales/telemarketing experience in a contact centre – Required

  • Proficient in MS Office (Email, Internet, Word, Excel)

  • Clear criminal and ITC record – Required

  • Must not be debarred under the FAIS Act

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Professional telephone etiquette

  • Experience using a dialer system

  • Consistently high-performing and target-driven

  • Strong understanding of contact centre operations
