Role Summary

Pedro’s is looking for friendly, professional Call Centre Agents to handle inbound calls, take accurate food orders, assist with inquiries, and provide a seamless customer experience from call to collection. You’ll also be expected to upsell menu items and ensure all communication with stores is clear and efficient.


Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the full menu and assist customers with item details and recommendations.

  • Take and accurately record phone orders for delivery or collection.

  • Handle special requests or modifications and communicate them to the correct store.

  • Upsell or cross-sell menu items and extras to increase customer satisfaction and sales.

  • Maintain professional phone etiquette and deliver excellent customer service.


Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12)

  • Computer literate

  • Good phone etiquette

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in inbound calls

  • Experience in a call centre or similar role
