Role Summary
Pedro’s is looking for friendly, professional Call Centre Agents to handle inbound calls, take accurate food orders, assist with inquiries, and provide a seamless customer experience from call to collection. You’ll also be expected to upsell menu items and ensure all communication with stores is clear and efficient.
Key Responsibilities

Understand the full menu and assist customers with item details and recommendations.

Take and accurately record phone orders for delivery or collection.

Handle special requests or modifications and communicate them to the correct store.

Upsell or cross-sell menu items and extras to increase customer satisfaction and sales.

Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12)
