Job Purpose
To support store operations by effectively managing stockroom processes, including receiving, dispatching, and rotating stock. The Stockroom Associate plays a key role in maintaining store standards, managing shrinkage, and contributing to an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Provide feedback to management on stock issues and movement

Manage stock receiving and dispatch processes

Process stock efficiently and within set timelines

Facilitate smooth stock rotation from stockroom to sales floor

Maintain world-class housekeeping and neatness standards

Assist in achieving sales targets by supporting stock availability

Drive customer-centric service by ensuring product accessibility

Control shrinkage in line with company policies
Qualifications & Experience
-
Grade 12 / Matric (or equivalent) – required
-
1 year retail experience – essential
-
2 years stockroom experience – advantageous
-
Hospitality background – advantageous
