Key Responsibilities:
Receiving and Storing
-
Receive and verify incoming stock; ensure proper storage and organization

Prepare and issue stock based on authorized requisitions
-
Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts
-
Keep stockroom, warehouse, and loading areas clean and safe
-
Participate in audits and inventory checks
Order Management
-
Manage purchase orders: create, amend, cancel as requested by end-users
-
Follow up on invoices once services are rendered
-
Send purchase orders to end-users upon request
Good Receipt Processing
-
Process Good Receipt Notes (GRNs) and associated paperwork
-
Monitor receipt notes for invoicing
-
Handle purchase returns after investigation
Financial Coordination
-
Compile documents and accrual spreadsheets for finance follow-up
-
Communicate with suppliers to resolve invoice/payment queries
-
Attach correct documents to invoices and reconcile with purchase orders
-
Generate reports on accounts payable and accrual status
Stakeholder Interaction
-
Respond to queries from suppliers and end users
-
Share information during audits with internal/external stakeholders
Travel Management
-
Process invoices and handle queries for three travel agents
-
Reconcile travel statements
Requirements:
-
National Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or equivalent
-
B.Tech Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics (advantageous)
-
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Stores Clerk
-
Good verbal and written communication skills
-
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
-
Valid driver’s license (added advantage)

Permanent appointments include a 6-month probation period
