Introduction
Russells is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson 2IC to join their team. This role involves selling products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of the business by meeting sales targets and delivering outstanding service. As second-in-charge (2IC), you will also be expected to step in for the Branch Manager when necessary.
Key Responsibilities

Generate income and maximise profit through effective sales and services

Perform sales activities to meet and exceed targets

Achieve monthly sales budgets and income goals

Attract and retain customers through effective merchandising

Handle cash and credit transactions in line with company policy

Deliver customer-centric service

Assist with branch operations and administration

Act as Branch Manager in their absence

Work collaboratively with the team and manage your time effectively
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric)

7–12 months of sales experience (preferably in a retail environment)
