Key Duties and Responsibilities

Clean and disinfect patient rooms, consultation areas, restrooms, and shared spaces
Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and hygiene standards
Handle and dispose of medical waste safely and responsibly
Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues
Deliver professional service to staff, patients, and visitors
Respond to feedback and client requests in a courteous and timely manner

Qualifications and Experience

Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience (preferred)
Experience in client-facing environments (advantageous)
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices
