Key Responsibilities:

Perform administrative tasks throughout the full sales process

Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and data capturing

Write reports as required

Capture data from internal and external customers accurately

Follow up on missing or incomplete customer data

Resolve customer queries efficiently

Control and monitor end-to-end sales and admin processes

Maintain a well-organized administrative environment
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
-
Grade 12 (Matric)
-
At least 3 years of administrative experience
-
Familiarity with sales processes and KPIs is an advantage
-
A technical background will be beneficial
-
Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience with SAP is an advantage
