Main Purpose of the Role:
To provide specialized recruitment support within the Human Resources function, ensuring efficient and compliant hiring processes in line with company standards and South African labour legislation.
Key Performance Areas & Responsibilities:
Recruitment Operations:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
-
Conduct pre-screening and facilitate vetting of candidates

Administer psychometric testing
-
Coordinate panel interviews with line managers
-
Liaise with Department of Labour and community centres regarding recruitment opportunities
-
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future business needs

Plan recruitment activities for new business
Administration & Compliance:
-
Create and submit personnel files
-
Ensure compliance with PSIRA registration and regulatory processes
-
Submit accurate employee information on vetting platforms
-
Follow G4S HR policies, procedures, and relevant labour laws
Health & Safety:
-
Participate in the development and review of safety plans
-
Attend and contribute to safety forums and meetings
-
Report and follow up on safety incidents
-
Comply with and promote workplace safety procedures
-
Wear protective clothing when required
Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications:
-
BCom degree or 3-year relevant qualification
Experience:
-
3–5 years’ experience in a similar recruitment role

Experience with administrative tasks and working on career portals
Knowledge:
-
South African labour legislation
-
HR policies, systems, and recruitment practices

PSIRA regulations and processes
