Minimum Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Grade 12 / NQF Level 4

  • Minimum of 2 years in Reception or Customer Service

  • Computer literacy (MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Familiarity with reception protocols and administrative procedures

  • Professional, courteous, and diplomatic demeanor

  • Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills

  • Detail-oriented with good time management

  • Ability to handle pressure and prioritize

  • Self-managed with emotional maturity

  • Able to interact confidently across all organizational levels


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control incoming calls and switchboard functions

  • Provide administrative support to various departments

  • Compile reports when required

  • Manage the Training Centre schedule

  • Handle general office administration and respond to queries

  • Relieve cashiers when necessary

  • Update and maintain noticeboards

  • Oversee stationery purchases and issue to departments and depots

  • Create purchase requisitions for Admin and other departments as needed

  • Process goods received notes (GRNs) for Admin department POs

  • Maintain registers for printed stationery and security seals

  • Manage the purchasing and issuing of cash machine bags and related stationery
