Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:

Grade 12 / NQF Level 4

Minimum of 2 years in Reception or Customer Service

Computer literacy (MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel)

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge & Skills:

Familiarity with reception protocols and administrative procedures

Professional, courteous, and diplomatic demeanor

Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills

Detail-oriented with good time management

Ability to handle pressure and prioritize

Self-managed with emotional maturity

Able to interact confidently across all organizational levels
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and control incoming calls and switchboard functions
-
Provide administrative support to various departments
-
Compile reports when required
-
Manage the Training Centre schedule
-
Handle general office administration and respond to queries
-
Relieve cashiers when necessary
-
Update and maintain noticeboards
-
Oversee stationery purchases and issue to departments and depots
-
Create purchase requisitions for Admin and other departments as needed
-
Process goods received notes (GRNs) for Admin department POs
-
Maintain registers for printed stationery and security seals
-
Manage the purchasing and issuing of cash machine bags and related stationery
