Job Overview:
RCL Foodcorp is seeking an Administration Officer I to join the Admin & Finance department. This role involves a combination of data capturing, purchase order processing, document management, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate is proactive, accurate, and reliable, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications:

Grade 12 (Matric)

Post-matric qualification in Finance, Logistics, or Transport (advantageous)
Experience:

2–4 years’ experience in an administrative role (preferred)

Strong financial and numerical acumen
Skills and Competencies:

Computer literacy (MS Office with advanced Excel skills)

Strong administrative and communication skills

Detail-oriented, accurate, and dependable

Ability to manage pressure and work independently

Key Responsibilities:

Calculate contract revenue with support from the Contract Manager

Generate revenue schedules and supporting documents
-
Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer invoicing

Maintain and update Uniplan master data (vehicles, customers, rates)

Scan and upload documents to internal systems
-
Liaise with Debrief staff to resolve data gaps (e.g., missing kilometres or trips)

File, archive, and manage documentation
-
Capture data accurately for reporting and compliance

Provide administrative support to the Finance, Admin, and Contract Management teams
