Job Overview:

RCL Foodcorp is seeking an Administration Officer I to join the Admin & Finance department. This role involves a combination of data capturing, purchase order processing, document management, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate is proactive, accurate, and reliable, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.


Minimum Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)

  • Post-matric qualification in Finance, Logistics, or Transport (advantageous)

Experience:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in an administrative role (preferred)

  • Strong financial and numerical acumen

Skills and Competencies:

  • Computer literacy (MS Office with advanced Excel skills)

  • Strong administrative and communication skills

  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and dependable

  • Ability to manage pressure and work independently

  • Proactive, eager to learn, and innovative


Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate contract revenue with support from the Contract Manager

  • Generate revenue schedules and supporting documents

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer invoicing

  • Maintain and update Uniplan master data (vehicles, customers, rates)

  • Scan and upload documents to internal systems

  • Liaise with Debrief staff to resolve data gaps (e.g., missing kilometres or trips)

  • File, archive, and manage documentation

  • Capture data accurately for reporting and compliance

  • Provide administrative support to the Finance, Admin, and Contract Management teams
