About the Role:

You will be responsible for delivering efficient and accurate HR-related services to employees and managers across Tiger Brands. This includes handling transactional activities, supporting Tier-1 call center queries, and ensuring service quality and compliance with SLAs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute all transactional People/HR activities within your work stream.

  • Provide Tier-1 call center support to employees and leaders.

  • Maintain and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Customize and update People reports/metrics for business needs.

  • Participate in functional work stream events and solicit feedback.

  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders on system/process changes.

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your HR functional area using the HCM system.

  • Improve delivery of People administration services.


Candidate Profile:

  • Strong customer service orientation.

  • Detail-oriented and able to document and follow standard procedures.

  • Effective communicator with ability to engage stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with HR transactional systems (e.g., HCM platforms).

  • Able to adapt to changing processes and drive continuous improvement.
