About the Role:
You will be responsible for delivering efficient and accurate HR-related services to employees and managers across Tiger Brands. This includes handling transactional activities, supporting Tier-1 call center queries, and ensuring service quality and compliance with SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute all transactional People/HR activities within your work stream.

Provide Tier-1 call center support to employees and leaders.

Maintain and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Customize and update People reports/metrics for business needs.

Participate in functional work stream events and solicit feedback.

Communicate regularly with stakeholders on system/process changes.

Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your HR functional area using the HCM system.

Improve delivery of People administration services.
Candidate Profile:

Strong customer service orientation.
-
Detail-oriented and able to document and follow standard procedures.

Effective communicator with ability to engage stakeholders.

Familiarity with HR transactional systems (e.g., HCM platforms).

Able to adapt to changing processes and drive continuous improvement.
