Purpose of the Role:
To align HR strategy with business goals, supporting leadership with strategic and operational HR initiatives, talent management, organisational design, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives

Support departmental leaders on people management and compliance

Lead organisational design and change management efforts
-
Manage complex employee relations and engagement issues
-
Use data analytics to inform HR decisions and forecast workforce needs
-
Promote and uphold De Beers values and safety culture
Requirements:
-
Education: Grade 12 + Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field
-
Experience: 5–7 years in HR, preferably in mining
-
License: Valid Code 08/EB driver’s license
