Job Purpose
Provide relief support for Teller, Collections Consultant, and Cash Migration Official functions. Ensure seamless day-to-day operations across various service areas, delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting performance targets.
Key Responsibilities

Support various frontline functions (Teller, Service, Sales, Admin) efficiently

Achieve net profit growth through excellent service and sales

Deliver customer service that meets Balanced Scorecard standards

Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions

Resolve customer complaints, especially related to collections

Convert leads into successful sales

Meet or exceed individual and business area targets

Approve, verify, and authorise relevant frontline activities

Ensure full compliance with legislative and audit requirements

Influence and track sales activities to improve efficiencies
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 certificate
-
1–3 years experience in a banking or similar environment
