Job Purpose

Provide relief support for Teller, Collections Consultant, and Cash Migration Official functions. Ensure seamless day-to-day operations across various service areas, delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting performance targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support various frontline functions (Teller, Service, Sales, Admin) efficiently

  • Achieve net profit growth through excellent service and sales

  • Deliver customer service that meets Balanced Scorecard standards

  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions

  • Resolve customer complaints, especially related to collections

  • Convert leads into successful sales

  • Meet or exceed individual and business area targets

  • Approve, verify, and authorise relevant frontline activities

  • Ensure full compliance with legislative and audit requirements

  • Influence and track sales activities to improve efficiencies


Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 certificate

  • 1–3 years experience in a banking or similar environment
