Purpose of the Role
To drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth through internal sales. The successful candidate will sell over the counter, assist at tills when needed, and ensure the smooth handling of sales orders, stock, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Sell products directly to walk-in customers.

Handle orders via telephone and assist at tills with cash sales.

Process invoices and quotes using the CRM system.

Gather accurate order details, including delivery information and special requirements.

Liaise with dispatch to ensure timely and correct deliveries.

Manage stock movements and work with the Procurement Manager on daily stock issues.

Handle COD invoices and collect outstanding payments.

Ensure all stock leaving the branch is documented properly.

Resolve customer queries efficiently.

Assist with stock takes and attend required sales meetings.

Follow company policies while taking initiative in daily tasks.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Grade 12 (Matric) – Mandatory
-
N6 Certificate in Electrical Engineering – Advantageous

Minimum 5 years of electrical sales experience – Mandatory

At least 2 years in Key Accounts or Management role

Strong product knowledge of electrical components

Driver’s license – Advantageous

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; preference for candidates with K8 system experience
