Purpose of the Role:

To support the Customer Development Account Team by managing customer orders, resolving supply chain exceptions, and ensuring excellent service delivery through accurate data handling and cross-functional collaboration.


Minimum Requirements:

  • National Diploma or currently studying towards a Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain or Finance


Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship & Order Management:

  • Build and manage relationships with customers

  • Proactively manage order transmission and ensure order data accuracy

  • Ensure all orders meet transmission deadlines

  • Handle order-related exceptions in collaboration with internal teams

Forecasting & Stock Availability:

  • Ensure customer forecasts align with Siqalo operational forecasts

  • Monitor and improve accuracy of regional forecasts

  • Coordinate with Supply Chain (SC) teams to ensure stock availability

  • Maximize order acceptance through internal engagement

Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyse customer service levels, identify losses, and drive improvements

  • Provide insights and reports on customer data to boost service and efficiency

  • Track and analyse KPI trends to improve customer delivery metrics
