Key Performance Areas:

Design, develop, and ensure quality of online product training materials

Facilitate brand ambassador training for exhibitions
-
Create training content for product and sales roadshows
-
Facilitate soft skills and product training sessions for dealer sales executives
-
Develop questionnaires for the National Skills Competition related to product, business, and sales strategies
-
Conduct regional assessments for the Skills Competition
-
Design content for special projects as assigned
-
Create and manage relevant project plans
-
Produce monthly reports on training outcomes
Qualifications and Experience:
-
Relevant NQF Level 6 qualification (e.g., Business Administration)
-
2–3 years relevant experience in a sales environment
-
Experience as a training facilitator
-
Assessor and moderator qualification is advantageous
-
2–3 years’ experience in the motor industry with a strong understanding of sales and product dynamics
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced level)

Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Willingness to travel when required
