Purpose of the Role:

To deliver excellent administrative support and client service by handling:

  • Enquiries and complaints related to account info and card transactions

  • Support for clients using Internet Banking and Mobile Banking


Minimum Requirements:

Experience:

  • 1–2 years experience in:

    • Inbound contact centre

    • Customer service

Education:

  • Grade 12 National Certificate or equivalent

Knowledge:

  • Call centre processes

  • Customer service standards and protocols

Skills:

  • Strong communication (verbal and written)

  • Telephonic handling skills

  • Problem-solving abilities

  • Attention to detail


Additional Conditions:

  • Must have a clear criminal and credit record

  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, or rotational standbys
