Role Overview
The Administrator - Vendor will be responsible for accurate and timely data capturing and supporting the Supply Chain Department’s vendor management and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities

Capture vendor data accurately and timeously

Assist in resolving vendor portal queries

Review vendor documentation on the portal and ensure compliance

Maintain active vendor checklists and ensure adherence to legislative requirements

Assure quality of vendor documents

Assist with annual audits and reporting of vendor compliance
Minimum Qualifications
-
Grade 12
-
Studying towards a relevant tertiary qualification is a plus
Minimum Experience
-
Proficiency in MS Office
-
Experience in vendor management is an advantage
