Role Overview

The Administrator - Vendor will be responsible for accurate and timely data capturing and supporting the Supply Chain Department’s vendor management and compliance processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Capture vendor data accurately and timeously

  • Assist in resolving vendor portal queries

  • Review vendor documentation on the portal and ensure compliance

  • Maintain active vendor checklists and ensure adherence to legislative requirements

  • Assure quality of vendor documents

  • Assist with annual audits and reporting of vendor compliance


Minimum Qualifications

  • Grade 12

  • Studying towards a relevant tertiary qualification is a plus


Minimum Experience

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Experience in vendor management is an advantage
