About the Role:
Fedics is looking for an experienced Admin Manager to support and manage administrative operations. This role ensures seamless day-to-day office functionality and supports broader team efficiency. It plays a key role in ordering, stock control, documentation, and financial administration within the catering division.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage stock ordering to maintain optimal stock levels

Ensure procurement is done through approved suppliers

Verify that received goods meet quality, quantity, and price expectations

Complete all delivery-related administration accurately and promptly
-
Take corrective action in cases of late delivery, overpricing, or poor-quality goods
-
Ensure proper storage of items according to food safety standards
-
Maintain correct stock rotation (first-in, first-out system)
-
Monitor and control storeroom access and security
-
Conduct stock counts at scheduled intervals
-
Handle documentation for spoilage or damaged items and escalate when needed

Support debt collection efforts as needed

Submit invoices for payment to clients promptly

Contribute to managing the profit and loss (P&L) account

Attend meetings and training as required

Perform additional duties as necessary and as assigned by management

Qualifications and Experience:

Matric (Grade 12) – required

At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or stock control role
