Purpose
To develop, implement, and maintain effective account plans to manage profitable sales of CCBSA products, build and maintain new business relationships, and achieve customer excellence, brand loyalty, and volume growth.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Strategic Customer Growth & Retention: Implement business and RTM (Route to Market) strategies to grow sales volume, revenue, and market share.

New Business Development: Identify and acquire new customers to drive incremental revenue and volume growth.

Trade Execution: Ensure excellent in-store and in-trade execution (merchandising, promotions, pricing, placement).

Customer Partnership & Business Planning: Develop annual joint business plans with key customers using data-driven insights.

Sales Order & Demand Management: Influence and secure sales orders to meet or exceed monthly targets.

Asset & Data Management: Maintain accurate customer data and manage assigned assets (POS materials, fridges, signage).

Operational Efficiency & Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to ensure order fulfilment, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Brand Visibility & Activation: Support brand activations and in-market campaigns to drive shopper engagement.

Requirements
-
Education: Formal qualification required; Sales and Marketing qualification advantageous.

Experience: 1-3 years in FMCG sales, account management, and field sales.
