Job Summary
Fidelity SecureDrive is seeking a Scheduling Agent to coordinate customer fitment appointments and ensure all installations are completed within agreed timeframes. The role involves direct communication with customers and technicians, aiming to deliver excellent service while maintaining scheduling efficiency across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities

Schedule and manage customer fitments within defined SLAs

Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person

Resolve scheduling issues and provide accurate updates

Collaborate with technical teams in South Africa, India, and Jamaica

Assist with product setup, training, and remote support

Manage de-installations and rescheduling requests

Maintain detailed knowledge of SecureDrive products and services

Handle large volumes of calls and customer correspondence
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric)

Relevant qualification/degree (advantageous)

Previous experience in customer service or telematics (advantageous)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
