Purpose of the Role
To drive sales and brand growth of the Heineken Beverages portfolio (Beer, Wine, Spirits, and RTDs) within a specific geographic area by increasing brand visibility, availability, and customer engagement in line with strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities

Grow market share and brand presence across the assigned area

Ensure Availability, Accessibility, Activation, and Affordability (4As) of products
-
Implement price promotions and compliance agreements
-
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
-
Maintain high call strike rate (number of customer visits)
-
Execute the brand portfolio strategy across multiple product categories
-
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team effectiveness
-
Actively manage and apply sales insights, processes, and technology
Educational Requirements
-
Relevant Tertiary Qualification (Diploma or Degree)
Professional Experience & Attributes
-
2–3 years of experience in FMCG sales or related field
-
Valid Code 08 driver's license (no endorsements) with minimum 2 years driving experience

Willingness to work weekends and attend promotional events
-
Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills
-
Commercial acumen and understanding of sales processes and product positioning
-
Ability to use sales technology effectively
-
Knowledge of different channel drivers and strategy planning
