Job Overview:
This is a 12-month structured Sales Learnership Programme combining theoretical learning and practical workplace experience. Upon completion, learners will gain strong foundations in sales, marketing, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:

Complete all components of the Sales Learnership Programme

Achieve revenue and volume targets (Annual Operating Plan)

Attain 100% customer call rate and 90% strike rate
-
Maintain stales threshold rate below 0.5%

Identify and obtain new business opportunities
-
Manage cash collections and stock control
-
Analyse sales data and reports for continuous route improvement

Operate company vehicle efficiently, supporting cost control

Comply with company policies, including Health & Safety

Maintain company equipment (e.g., handheld device, vehicle, mobile)
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

3-year Business/Commercial tertiary qualification (essential)

Valid Code 10 Driver’s License

Valid Public Driver’s Permit (PDP)
