Key Responsibilities

Check guests in and out of the hotel

Maintain guest accounts and process transactions during their stay

Manage guest special requests and needs promptly and professionally

Assist with reservations as required
Minimum Requirements
-
Matric qualification
-
Hospitality qualification or similar
-
1 to 2 years’ experience as a receptionist
-
Strong computer literacy including MS Office and a reputable Property Management System (PMS), preferably Protel
-
Calm and hands-on problem-solving skills, able to manage incidents confidently
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-
Honest, trustworthy, detail-oriented, presentable, and well-spoken
-
Team player and leader by example
-
Ability to work shifts
-
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information diplomatically
