Key Purpose of the Role
To support the Property Development Manager by ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and reporting of company facilities and development projects. This includes overseeing physical assets, coordinating with maintenance teams, handling procurement, and managing technical operations like HVAC and electrical systems.
Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12)

Tertiary qualification in Project Management (preferred)

2–3 years of experience in building maintenance and administration

Strong Microsoft Office skills

Experience or certification in Occupational Health and Safety

Technical knowledge in:

HVAC systems
-
Electrical systems
-
Backup power solutions

Responsibilities

Oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and operations

Manage all related invoicing, orders, and documentation

Handle HVAC maintenance

Read and interpret architectural plans

Monitor and reduce electrical consumption, manage backup power systems

Manage Tenant Improvement Allowances
-
Oversee procurement: request quotes, raise POs, manage invoicing
-
Produce weekly reports and updates on all activities
-
Communicate professionally with stakeholders at all levels
