Role Summary

Pedros is looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Administrator to support its Human Resources team at the Distribution Centre. This role involves handling key administrative responsibilities, ensuring smooth HR operations, and being a point of contact for employees.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department and contribute to efficient HR operations

  • Check and process employee onboarding packs to ensure all documents are complete

  • Collaborate with the payroll team to confirm submission of correct documentation before payroll deadlines

  • Act as a contact point for store employees, responding to HR-related inquiries and offering guidance on policies and procedures

  • Perform general HR admin tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation maintenance


Requirements

  • Education: Diploma in Human Resources

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of HR administration experience

  • Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

    • Good understanding of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA)

    • Strong organisational and administrative abilities

    • High attention to detail

    • Effective verbal and written communication skills
