Role Summary
Pedros is looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Administrator to support its Human Resources team at the Distribution Centre. This role involves handling key administrative responsibilities, ensuring smooth HR operations, and being a point of contact for employees.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the HR department and contribute to efficient HR operations

Check and process employee onboarding packs to ensure all documents are complete

Collaborate with the payroll team to confirm submission of correct documentation before payroll deadlines

Act as a contact point for store employees, responding to HR-related inquiries and offering guidance on policies and procedures

Perform general HR admin tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation maintenance
Requirements

Education: Diploma in Human Resources

Experience: Minimum 1 year of HR administration experience

Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Good understanding of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA)
