About the Role

TsAfrika is seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Admin Assistant to support its finance team. This role includes maintaining financial records, processing transactions, supporting catering operations, and assisting with various administrative and finance-related duties. It’s a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within a well-established, African workplace management provider.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and monitor financial control systems

  • Support Catering Manager and operations in their absence

  • Handle daily cash and compile accurate sales control sheets

  • Assist in stock control, including stock takes and invoice checks

  • Compile profit and loss summaries and bookkeeping returns

  • Ensure correct store issues and recording via Menutec

  • Assist with cash-ups, shortages, and banking processes

  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and function bookings

  • Help maintain accurate asset registers and manage client payments

  • Perform bank reconciliations, general ledger journal entries, and PRS processing in AX

  • Load payment requisitions onto bank platforms

  • Maintain financial document filing systems

  • Assist in debtor collections and invoice processing

  • Support HR, IR, and compliance with company procedures

  • Build relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members

  • Stay updated on financial trends and contribute to best practices


Requirements

  • Education:

    • Matric (essential)

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (advantageous)

  • Experience:

    • 2–3 years in a similar admin or finance support role

  • Systems & Tools:

    • Advanced Excel (essential)

    • Menutec and My Market experience (advantageous)

    • Familiarity with AX system preferred
