Job Overview

CCBSA is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join their Logistics Department as a Distribution Team Leader. The role is based in Devland and focuses on executing delivery plans, managing team performance, and ensuring high standards in distribution and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Execute daily delivery plans and optimize route efficiency
Achieve and maintain distribution standards and KPIs
Manage and minimize shortages
Ensure exceptional customer service levels
Monitor and control distribution-related budgets
Process immediate invoices accurately
Maintain a safe, healthy, and risk-free working environment
Oversee team and owner-driver performance
Perform administrative duties and ensure operational documentation is complete
Drive continuous improvement in distribution performance
Lead and motivate team members

Minimum Qualifications

BCom Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Transport or Logistics

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years in an operations or warehousing environment
Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, SAPHR)
Valid Code 08 driver’s license
Knowledge of CCBSA distribution systems is an advantage
