Contact Centre Agent: Customer Services

Location: Western Cape, South Africa


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver efficient first-time call resolution to customers, ensuring superior customer experience

  • Support TFG stores and customers with account queries and transactions

  • Promote retail credit and retention of TFG accounts

  • Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, procedures, and departmental standards

  • Reduce fraud incidents by adhering to forensic processes


Qualifications & Experience

  • Grade 12 (Matric)

  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience
