Contact Centre Agent: Customer Services

Key Responsibilities

Deliver efficient first-time call resolution to customers, ensuring superior customer experience

Support TFG stores and customers with account queries and transactions

Promote retail credit and retention of TFG accounts

Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, procedures, and departmental standards

Reduce fraud incidents by adhering to forensic processes
Qualifications & Experience

Grade 12 (Matric)
-
Minimum 1 year customer service experience
